“Weeden was in contact with the phone before and after escaping,” LSP officials said in a statement. “The investigators decided that after escaping, Donald presented cash through the cell phone application.”
Donald is still generally, along with four others who left the Justice Center in Orleans on May 16. The authorities regained five of the ten indigenous people who escaped.
