Supreme Court, on 7-2 to ruleHe extended his pilot order, which temporarily prohibits the Trump administration from removing Venezuelan immigrants from the United States under the law of foreign enemies in the advertising law and returned the case to the Court of Appeal in the Fifth American Chamber to resolve the issue of the amount of time when detainees should be awarded.
The majority said that the government did not provide the targeted migrants under the time of wartime at a time or information sufficient to compete for their cases.
The majority wrote in the decision: “The interests of the detainees at stake are in particular. In these circumstances, approximately 24 hours of removal notes, free of information on how to exercise legal procedures rights to compete for this removal, certainly does not go through.” “But it is not optimal this court, which has been removed from the conditions on the ground, to determine the accurate process in the first place to meet the constitution in this issue.”

Judges did not reach the issue of legal removal operations under the law of foreign enemies.
They wrote: “We are aware of the importance of the government’s national security interests, as well as the need to follow up on such interests in a way that is consistent with the constitution. In light of the lower courts, AEA cases must be addressed urgently.”

Earlier this week, the Trump administration asked the court to lift its Zarri order, on the pretext that the migrants who were planning to deport them under the law were dangerous.
