On Monday, a federal judge in the Trump administration ordered the facilitation of contact between the Venezuelan man who was deported to El Salvador and his lawyer, while giving the federal government until Wednesday noon to do so.

It is the first such thing in the escalating legal epic surrounding the law of President Donald Trump’s law for foreign enemies to deport hundreds of men to Supermax Prison in El Salvador notoriously due to human rights violations. The Terrorism Cabinet Center, or Cecot, provides a zero connection between prisoners and the outside world, including their lawyers and families.

Judge Keith B. Ellison from the southern province of Texas Government 24 hours to confirm the position of the plaintiff-Venezuelan man, 48, and 48 hours “to restore and help communicate with the law.”

“This indicates that the court is concerned like us like us in the location of this individual and the illegal justification for his continued detention,” said Javier Rivera, Houston’s lawyer who represents and destroys Josenider Josnider, a detained Venezuelan man.

The Trump administration is expected to appeal the Appeals Court order in the fifth district. The federal government was previously requested, including the Supreme Court, to facilitate a return to the United States from the people who were deported to El Salvador, the most prominent of which is Kilmar Abro Garcia, and he has in response to that he has no jurisdiction or the ability to do so. So far, the contact between the prisoners and their lawyers has not been requested.

Ageelviz initially traveled to the United States in September with his mother and two younger brothers as part of the refugee resettlement program in the United States, a process that includes widespread examinations and rear examination. When they arrived at the airport in Houston, Agelviz immigration agents detained.

The documents reviewed by NBC News indicate that Ageelviz was arrested due to a tattoo on his forearm that includes a rose watch, pictures of “CBP” agent “linked” with the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua. The documents show that he has no criminal record and there was no additional evidence that has a gang.

“My son is not a member of the gang,” said Lesbeth Carolina Sanjano, Agelviz’s mother, who now lives in San Antonio with her other sons. “He is a young man who never hurt anyone.”

Lizbith Carolina Sanjano, the mother of Widmer Josnider Aglavies, says her family had a temporary refugee status to stay in the United StatesNBC News

Sanguino rented a lawyer to prove her son’s innocence in the Immigration Court. But just two weeks before the Immigration Court case was resolved, Agelviz and hundreds of other men from Venezuela were shipped without any warning or court hearings in the court to al -Silboradin. Men’s lawyers argue that their sudden deportation has violated legal procedures, which is now an issue at the Legal Challenge Center to return them to the United States and prevent more similar deportations.

Defenders and lawyers who represent men in Cecot have found that most of them have no criminal record. Many did not violate any immigration laws when they came to the United States, According to a recent analysis from the Kato InstituteThe US Mexican border often crosses with dates under the CBP One app.

But at least, at least, including Agelviz, came to the United States under the resettlement program for refugees, according to Michel Bran, Executive Director of Together and Free, a non -profit organization that helps more than a hundred families of the deported Venezuelan.

Applicants for refugee status pass through months of scrutiny at the location of migrants abroad, not on the border, including large -scale background tests by both American and international law enforcement agencies to ensure that the individual does not pose a threat to the US public safety.

“The refugees are always examined very carefully before they are accepted in the United States,” BranĂ© said. “It seems unlikely that they have succeeded in this entire process and they really have some serious sign of being a dangerous criminal.”

In a statement, a White House official told NBC News that “the intelligence assessments in the Ministry of National Security go beyond merely the gang tattoo and social media. Trine de Aragoa is one of the most violent terrorist gangs on the planet. They rape and kill sport. President Trump Trump and Minister Nayywan will not allow terrorist terrorism.”

The statement did not provide any additional evidence that connects any of the refugees that were deported to Cecot to Tren De Aragua or a criminal activity of any kind. However, the official added: “We are confident in our law enforcement intelligence, and we will not share intelligence reports and undermine national security every time the gang member denies that it is one. That will be crazy.”

The Ministry of Internal Security Document, which explains the reasons for the detention of Agelviz, indicates that it has no criminal record or criminal information on social media. There is no evidence of gangs’ affiliation with the tattoo.

Sanguino said that these tattoos are references to her son’s childhood: his grandmother’s park, and an owl visited her home every night at 3 am, which is the time shown around the clock.

“I did not agree to the tattoo,” said Sanguino. “But he asked me a lot that when he was eighteen years old, I finally said,” Follow, but I don’t want to see them. ”

Ageelviz also tattooed the name of his mother and the first letters of his brothers on his arm. She said: “He thought that he got my name a tattoo that I will not get angry with him.” Her younger son has no tattoo.

When they applied to obtain a position for refugees and went through the examination, which lasted for about 10 months and participated in many personal interviews during which Ageelviz was asked about tattoos, the family lived in Ecuador. They fled Venezuela for reasons that they asked not to be disclosed in order to protect family members who are still at risk.

Refugee program is dedicated to people who flee armed conflict and targeted persecution; Venezuelan or other American immigrants are rarely granted, and are usually associated with people who flee the war in the Middle East and Africa.

Like all the loved ones of men who were deported to Cecot, Sanguino did not call her son for more than two months.

She said: “It is very difficult for me as a mother to imagine the situation that my son will imagine without being able to do anything about it, without knowing how he is.” “How is his health, how to eat, what is going on in his mind?”

The first and only look at the circumstances in which men were detained last week, when the former Congress member Matt Gaitz, was as part of his presentation to America’s news, The Congress delegation was accompanied to the Cecot wing carrying two Venezuelan hallways. (No other press outlets were allowed to reach this wing from the facility.) The prisoners have repeatedly cried out there “freedom!” And made International hand signal for help.

Sanguino said that watching the video did not make things more difficult.

“I eat and feel guilty, because I do not know what to eat, or if he is eating,” Sangano said. Anxiety thinking is often wakes up. “I want to think it’s a nightmare, but I feel sad every time I remember it is true.”
