On Wednesday, a federal court froze many of the widely extensive definitions imposed by President Trump on almost every foreign country, and the fees exceed the legal authority of the president.
The ruling – issued by a committee of judges in the American International Trade Court – focused on 10 % definitions are sweeping The President evaluated almost every American trading partner last month, with a tariff for dozens of countries.
