Openai has achieved the largest acquisition of it so far, as it collected Jony Ivee and Sam Altman, IO, in a deal of $ 6.5 billion. IVE, the legendary designer behind iPhone and other iconic Apple products, will now create creative works and design in Openai through lovefrom. the goal? To take artificial intelligence “behind the screen” and build a new generation of behavior consumer.
Beyond technology, there is a clear narrative play here. OpenAi frames Altman as functional insight and IVE as a genius that makes it real. Social media had a field day with the advanced friend shots in the two, but it is difficult to miss messages: take the launch of iPhone, and make it AI.
