Officials said at a press conference on Tuesday that the suspect accused of manufacturing a car in a crowd in Liverpool in a winning procession in the Premier League on Monday had been arrested to try to kill, and the reckless driving and believed to have been exposed to drugs during the accident.
Mersiside police said on Tuesday that 65 people were injured in the accident, and 11 – all in stable condition – are still in the hospital.
Officials said the strong traffic plan was valid for the review, which included Water Street – where the accident occurred. But the street was temporarily reopened to an ambulance to treat a person with a suspect’s heart attack, and the 53 -year -old suspect continued the ambulance inside the crowd.

Ascending continues to be treated as terrorism and the authorities continue to achieve. The suspect is still in detention and is interviewed by officials.
The police said they would not speculate on the incident and encourage others to “refrain from sharing painful content online.”
Police said hundreds of thousands had met in a procession celebrating the Liverpool Football Club title in the English Premier League football when a vehicle “with a number of pedestrians on water street” collided after six o’clock in the evening local time on Monday.
“Upon their arrival, the crews were met with many injured and four people trapped under a car,” Dave Kitchen of the Northwest Ambulance Department told a press conference on Monday.
He said that three adults and one child were pulled from under the car, which stopped at the scene. Kitchen said 20 people were treated at the scene due to slight injuries.

“Unfortunately, four of the injured were the children who were enjoying today with their friends and families,” Kitchen said.
UK Prime Minister Kiir Starmer described the incident as “horrific” and “his ideas with all the injured or affected.”
Liam Robinson of the Liverpool City Council said the accident “casts a very dark shadow as it was a very happy day.”
“Our ideas and prayers with those who were affected by this serious incident,” Liverpool said in a statement on Monday. “We will continue to provide our full support for emergency services and local authorities that deal with this incident.”
