Two of the largest health concerns in the modern era-very treated foods (UPFS) and fine plastic-have one common thing: we do not actually know whether or how it is harmful to our health. But researchers suggest a bold new idea: that these problems are actually related, and that UPFs contains special levels of fine plastic that increases mental health.
