Android 16 is about to settle, most likely next month in Google I/O. We have passed many inspections that focus on developers and 4 beta, none of them brought any major changes on the user interface or experience on Google’s pixels. The update to Android 16 can be considered simple if you are just looking for the big changes facing Google. There were some hints of new ideas, though, and a full set of hidden ideas has now been discovered.
In the latest version of Android 16 Beta 4, it seems that Google has hidden many of the main interface modifications in the business that can arrive before we know. We have first seen the first signs of these more than a month ago, and now it seems more polished in the latest version of the experimental version. Although the changes are still hidden from the general offer and need to be empowered by Tinkersers, the changes in sufficient places should be wondering if we are completely close to the first major repair process on the Android operating system for the pixels at some point.
Changes were enabled by Michel RahmanThose who then shared several examples in the form of a hidden user interface currently on a pixel phone. Since the changes are easy enough to describe them, we have done our best to summarize each of them, with follow -up images to allow you to see how you can soon look at a pixel 9 or another pixel device.
How will the new Android user interface look like?
- Blined everywhereGoogle is about to adopt the idea of fog. Yes, there will be unclear wallpapers through many screens if this new user interface experience is offered in the near future. Google has now found a use of light behind fast settings and a notification panel, a PIN/password screen, app, and possibly some other places as well. Not clear is not new to Android, as other manufacturers adopted this – it’s completely new on Google, who kept wallpapers without a lot of transparency.
- Fast settings and notifications change: The fast settings area is about to get more customization, as well as blur the background. The black background will be blurry and colors of your background, as well as the ability to change the size of the fast tiles and make the appearance adjustment to your desire. Once again, we have seen these changes more than a month ago, they started more polished now. The notification board may also change some with the new “Clear All” button and new shortcuts on each side.
- StatusThe status bar is likely to see slight adjustments to all symbols, most of them with a bolder icon, as well as a new battery code that can change the color depending on the case. These are very simple things.
- Broked lines: In the settings area, prepare for a bolder line for addresses and almost any screen with a text on top.
- New icon forms: We have seen this before, but the options of the shape of a new icon on the way!
- Change screen clock layoutGoogle is likely to adjust the lock screen layout on Pixel devices to one where history and weather sits below the large hour, instead of always climbing in the upper left corner. Well, this will be when you don’t have any notifications, of course.
- Scrolling bar renovationsYou will see the skillful in general with a big change with a line that can be pulled into specific locations instead of the round circle that you used to seize it. I actually love this change, because it should make the slipping more accurate.
This is mostly! Look, I know this does not look like tremendous changes, but it is a type of pixel. As much as we love the pixel experience of Android, it shows signs that they are dated when compared to something like user interface 7 or Oxygenos 15. Samsung and OnePlus continued to improve their user interface, while Google has not touched it a lot for years.
We have no idea if these changes can be launched from Google. It is currently hidden in the experimental version, so we are unlikely to see them in the stable version of Android 16 next month. However, Google prepares another big update later this year – this may be a great time to make the interface splash.
