NBC News is looking to talk to people who have been accused of unexpected “facility fees” after going to a medical date outside the hospital.
These fees are sometimes added to bills from the doctor’s offices in the outpatient clinics owned by hospitals or health systems.
If you go to the doctor’s office or get a date from a distance from health care, then an attached fee was imposed despite the fact that you do not go to the hospital, we are interested in listening to you.
