Harvard University filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration on Friday, claiming that the decision to cancel the school’s ability to register international students “is a flagrant violation of the first amendment, the condition of legal procedures and the law of administrative procedures.”
The Trump administration said on Thursday that the school lost its ability to use the student visitors program and exchange (which allows non -citizens to study at the university under a specific visa) because it did not comply with the demands that were sent last month to provide information about students’ visa holders.
“As a result of your rejection of compliance with multiple requests to provide information related to the security of the homeland with the sustainability of the uninterrupted university campus that is considered hostile to Jewish students, and encourages sympathy, and the Ministry of Security is employed in the field of security, and the Ministry of Security in the field of security in letters has written.
Harvard University President Alan Jerber prepared in a letter to the university on Friday.
“The government has claimed that its devastating action depended on Harvard’s failure to comply with requests to obtain information from the US Department of Internal Security. In fact, Harvard responded to the administration’s requests as required by the law,” said Jerber.

There complaint“There is no legal justification” to cancel the situation.
The school accused the administration of launching an “unprecedented and revenge attack” because the university supports the policies that the administration does not like.
“The government has ignored the premiere, the primary amendment, and the protection of due legal procedures, and the regulations of the Ministry of National Security for its direct and destroyed impact on Harvard and its community. It has become more than 7,000 F-1 and J-1 visa holders-and they can-pawds in the government’s accumulated campaign from the network.”
