President Donald Trump will announce preliminary plans for the “Golden Dome” missile defense plan, a huge missile shield system aimed at protecting the United States, at the White House on Tuesday afternoon, three US officials confirmed.
Defense Minister Beit Higseth, Minister of Defense, will join Trump, and one of the officials said that General Michael Gitolin, deputy chief of space operations, will be announced and will be announced as an official who leads the ministry’s planning for the ground -based missile defense system.
